Lower Adirondack Pride is committed to supporting unhoused individuals in our community through our Unhoused Individuals Program. This initiative provides resource kits designed to meet immediate needs and connect individuals with essential services.

Each kit includes:

• Personal hygiene products to promote dignity and well-being.

• Information on local resources, including shelter options, food assistance, medical care, and mental health services.

We partner with community-based organizations, law enforcement, and other local agencies to distribute these kits where they are needed most. By collaborating with these partners, we aim to ensure unhoused individuals in our region have access to critical support and the opportunity to rebuild stability in their lives.
