I acknowledge that my participation in Slay the Peaks is entirely voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, rough terrain, wildlife encounters, changing weather conditions, and other unforeseen hazards. I understand that Lower Adirondack Pride, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur before, during, or after the hike. I accept full responsibility for my own safety and well-being throughout the event. I certify that I am physically capable of participating and will use my best judgment in assessing my abilities and limitations. I agree to follow all safety guidelines provided and understand that I may leave the hike at any time at my own discretion.
